Grown with a strong focus on soil health, sustainability, and quality, this liquid gold is locally cold-extracted shortly after harvest to preserve its freshness, vibrant flavour, and natural antioxidant content.
This season's blend tested at an impressive 579 biophenols (polyphenols), reflecting its freshness, quality, and naturally occurring antioxidant content. The result is a premium extra virgin olive oil with rich character, vibrant flavour, and the beautiful peppery finish often associated with high-quality, freshly harvested oils.
Perfect for everyday cooking while still offering the depth and quality of a premium artisan olive oil, it’s ideal for:
