CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM EARTHYMA PRODUCTS DIRECT?

Yes, you can collect from us in Magill, South Australia, at checkout click 'Collect from Earthyma direct'. Feel free to contact us at hello@earthyma.com.au for more information. There is no shipping surcharge for this option.

LOVE THE MULTI-PURPOSE WIPES AND WOULD LIKE TO REFILL THEM? 

Once finished with the contents, order here. You can swap your empty container for a full container at the discounted rate of $8.00 (bulk discounts apply).

We are happy to arrange collection of the empties and deliver full containers if your address is within 15km of Magill.

After Placing an Order: Once your order is confirmed, we'll reach out to you a day before delivery. Kindly leave your empty containers by your front door for collection. We'll deliver your new wipes and place the refilled ones in a secure location. Payment options include bank deposit or ordering through our website. 

Reusable Containers: Our wipes containers are designed for multiple uses. Refill containers are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for quality control. Whenever possible, we aim to return the same containers to you. New container purchases ensure you receive a fresh and sanitised product. See below for more information.

HOW THE PRODUCT REFILL SERVICE WORKS:

We proudly offer refills on the majority of our products, this is how it works:

  1. Purchase a product from Earthyma.
  2. Love it and wish to refill? Order the desired product on our website. Use promo code 'Refill1' at checkout for a $1 discount when returning an empty jar/bottle. Adjust the code based on the number of refills you're returning. E.g. if you are returning x2 refills use code 'Refill2' etc.
  3. When receiving your order, if you return the empty packaging to Earthyma we'll provide you with a pre-filled product. Kindly note if your order is not being delivered locally or collected directly by Earthyma it is up to the customer to arrange the return of the empty packaging for a credit to be applicable. 
  4. We thoroughly clean and sanitise returned packaging before refilling, ensuring the best quality for your refilled product. Our system includes: washing packaging in hot soapy water, if its glass packaging we put it in the dishwasher, once finished we rinse again in boiled hot water and then place in the oven to completely dry. Then it goes into a sanitised container that’s for refill stock. Immeditatley before refilling the packaging we also sanitise the jar/container with a isopropyl solution. 
  5. When we make products, we create a batch of new stock for new purchasers. At the same time, we also make a batch of products with packaging from refill stock (e.g. packaging that has been throughly cleaned and sanitised). We keep the two stocks separate once its made.
  6. Wipes packaging follows a similar process, maintaining cleanliness with hot, soapy water and isopropyl solution.
  7. Despite the extra effort and generous discounts (ranging from $1-$5), we value sustainability. Reusing packaging reduces the creation of new bottles, preserving Earth's resources.

Quality Assurance: It's crucial for us to ensure bottles are impeccably clean and sanitised during the refill process. This dedication guarantees the safety, effectiveness, and stability of your refilled product. Residue from previous products can affect quality, and our commitment is to make products you'll love as much as we do.

PRODUCT TURN AROUND TIME:

We will aim to get your products to you as soon as possible, however, please allow between 2-5 days for delivery, collection or shipping.

STORAGE:

Due to the nature of our products, it is important to keep them in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. Please refer to product labels for the best before.

CAUTION:

Pregnant and breastfeeding women and those with epilepsy or other potentially serious health conditions should use essential oils with caution and check with their doctor before use. Please contact us directly if you would prefer we make your wipes or any other products without essential oils.
